WXcavation – WX dinosaur week take-over

For the May half term, WX will join forces with Wakefield BID and many other city centre venues to get the city buzzing with dinosaur-themed events, activities, and experiences for all ages.

Head over to WX from Saturday 24 May - Sunday 1 June as we transform the hall into a world of adventure and play for all. Families will be able to roam our concrete jungle and encounter giant dinosaurs, photo opps galore and a few surprises along the way!

An early years den will allow little ones to play and explore with light and sensory toys in a safe and contained environment while family movies will be shown (for free!) every day. Crafts, workshops and games will also be available to families throughout the week while adults can relax and enjoy some street food and drink from our onsite vendors.
